4. Responsibility of weCHATPR llc

weCHATPR llc is not responsible for user-generated content. Under section 230 of the U.S. communications decency act of 1996, weCHATPR acts solely as a content hosting platform.  weCHATPR is a platform that allows users to share content, including photos, videos, comments, and other materials. All content posted on the platform is the sole responsibility of the user who generates it. weCHATPR llc does not review, approve, or endorse user-generated content and, in accordance with section 230 of the communications decency act of 1996, is not liable for posts, comments, or any other material uploaded to the platform. However, we reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or any applicable laws, as well as to suspend or delete accounts that repeatedly breach our guidelines.

However, we reserve the right to:

A. Remove or restrict content that violates this policy or any applicable law.
B. Suspend or delete accounts of users who repeatedly violate our rules.
C. Cooperate with legal authorities in investigations related to illegal activities on the platform.

5. Compliance with local and federal laws

weCHATPR llc complies with the laws of Puerto Rico and the U.S., including:

• Law 267-2000 (internet protection for minors): establishes regulations regarding minors’ access to online content.
• Law no. 185 of 2024 (cyber privacy for minors): prohibits the disclosure of minors’ information without explicit consent.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with all applicable laws.

6. Use of artificial intelligence (ai)

weCHATPR may use ai for content moderation and recommendations. We commit to:

A. Not using ai for automated or biased profiling.
B. Ensuring that ai complies with local and international regulations.
C. Not using ai for decision-making that affects fundamental rights without human supervision.

Users acknowledge that ai moderation is not perfect and that they are responsible for reporting any inappropriate content.

Reproduction, distribution, or partial or total use of this policy on any other platform without the express written authorization of weCHATPR llc is prohibited.
